Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Tiny Blue Factory collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Who we are and how to contact us

Tiny Blue Factory is a trading name operated by Valentine Nzvimbo, providing automation, CRM migration and AI-built tools to Australian businesses. You can contact us by phone on 0406 616 100 or by .

What personal information we collect

When you submit an enquiry form on this site, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your budget range, and whatever you write in the problem field. We collect this information directly from you, at the point you choose to send the form.

We do not collect sensitive information such as health, race or political opinion through this site. If you ever need to share something sensitive, do not put it in the enquiry form — raise it with us directly.

Why we collect it

We use your personal information to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quote for the work you have described, and to deliver any engagement we agree to. That includes contacting you about scope, pricing and timing, and keeping records of what we agreed to build.

We do not sell or trade personal information

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We only share it with the service providers described below, and only where we need to in order to run our business and deliver your work.

Third-party services that may process your information

To run the site and deliver our services we rely on several third-party providers. These may include web hosting, email and a customer relationship management (CRM) platform. These providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States or other countries.

Each provider we use is responsible for its own privacy and security obligations. We only engage providers we consider reputable and we only share the information needed to deliver our services to you.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and for as long as is useful to run our business, including quoting and delivery. Where we complete an engagement, we keep records for as long as is reasonably necessary to meet our obligations and to respond to queries. You can ask us to delete your enquiry record at any time (see below).

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask us to confirm what information we hold about you and to correct anything that is wrong or out of date. To do so, open an enquiry through this site or call us on 0406 616 100. We will respond within a reasonable period, generally within five business days.

Complaints and escalation

If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first — open an enquiry through this site or call 0406 616 100. We will take your concern seriously and try to resolve it directly.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), the independent regulator for privacy under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You can do so regardless of whether you have raised the matter with us first.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use analytics to understand how it is used and how it can be improved. Analytics records aggregated, non-identifying information such as pages visited and the device or browser in use. Where analytics cookies are used, they are not used to identify you personally or to advertise to you.

You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies does not prevent you from submitting an enquiry.

Our status as a small business

Tiny Blue Factory is a small business. Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), some obligations are modified or do not apply to small businesses below a set revenue threshold. We note this status so you know how the law applies to us, not as a way of avoiding responsibility for handling your information with care. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles as good practice in everything we do, and we will respond to your concerns regardless of how the law applies to us.
