Accessibility

We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology.

Our target

This site aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We treat accessibility as part of building good products, not an afterthought.

What we have done

We have built the site with keyboard navigation, clear headings, sufficient colour contrast, labelled forms, and controls that can be operated without a mouse. Sliders, carousels and other interactive elements are built with pause and keyboard support. We test as we go and we keep working to improve.

How to report a barrier

If something on this site is hard to use, please tell us. You can or call us on 0406 616 100. A description of what you were trying to do and what got in the way helps us fix it.

Our commitment

We will respond to any accessibility report within five business days and, where we can fix it, we will do so as part of our normal build cycle.
